It depends on your vehicle and how you drive. Many modern cars on full synthetic go 5,000 to 7,500 miles; older engines and hard use want it sooner. We set the right interval for your car.
If your manufacturer specifies it, yes, because using the wrong oil can void warranty and harm the engine. If they don't, we'll talk through whether it's worth it for how you drive.
We do for oil and quick services. Booking ahead just means you go straight onto the rack instead of waiting for an open bay.
While the car's on the rack we eyeball belts, hoses, the battery, fluid levels, tire condition, and look for any leaks starting. You get a heads-up on anything worth watching.
