Loud rumble or drone
A deep growl that wasn't there before usually means a rusted-out muffler or a hole in a pipe.

A loud rumble or a failed emissions test usually starts at the exhaust. We trace the noise or the leak to its source, then repair or replace only what's actually gone. Quieter, cleaner, legal.

The work, in depth
Your exhaust does three jobs at once. It quiets the engine, it carries fumes safely past the cabin, and it scrubs the gases clean enough to pass emissions. When one section rusts through or a hanger lets go, you hear it first and smell it second. Left alone, a small leak turns into a bigger, pricier one.
We don't sell you a whole system when a section is the problem. We put the car up, find exactly where it's leaking or rattling, and repair what we can. When a part is gone, we replace it with OE-or-better, and any catalytic converter we fit is CARB-compliant so it's legal and passes inspection. You get a written quote before we touch a thing.

Know the signs
A deep growl that wasn't there before usually means a rusted-out muffler or a hole in a pipe.
A hiss or tick that rises with the engine points to a leak at a joint, gasket, or crack near the manifold.
A clatter over bumps is often a broken hanger or a loose heat shield letting the pipe knock around.
That smell means the catalytic converter isn't doing its job, or fumes are escaping before the tailpipe.
A failing converter or an exhaust leak can throw off the sensors and cost you miles per gallon.
An O2-sensor or catalyst code often traces straight back to the exhaust. We'll confirm the cause.
How it works
Reserve a time online or by phone. We put the car on the lift and find where the noise or leak is coming from.
We show you what's failed and write a fixed-price quote. Repair the section when we can, replace only what's gone.
Green-light the work and we get it done. CARB-compliant cats and OE-or-better parts, backed by our repair warranty.
Straight pricing
Exhaust work ranges from a single welded patch to a full section swap, so we won't quote you blind. We put the car up, find the real fault, and hand you a written price before any work starts. You approve what you want and defer what you don't.

Often we can. If the pipe is solid and the leak is at a joint or a small crack, a welded repair is the honest fix and the cheaper one. We only replace a section when the metal is too far gone to hold a weld. We'll tell you straight which one your car needs.
A converter holds precious metals that do the actual cleaning of your exhaust, and that's what drives the cost. We fit CARB-compliant converters so the part is emissions-legal and passes inspection. We'll never put in something that won't pass.
It can be more than annoying. A leak upstream of the cabin can let exhaust fumes, including carbon monoxide, work their way inside. A loud rumble is your warning that something's open that shouldn't be. It's worth getting looked at.
Usually, yes. A lot of emissions failures trace back to the exhaust, a bad converter, an exhaust leak, or an O2-sensor code. We diagnose the real cause first, then repair it with the right CARB-compliant parts so it passes on the retest.
