Common questions

Questions, answered.

Booking, pricing, warranty, walk-ins, and what to expect, the straight answers, the way we’d tell you over the counter.

Booking & walk-ins

For most work, booking ahead gets you straight onto the rack instead of waiting on the lot. Oil changes are walk-in friendly, but a quick online booking still saves you time.

Yes. You can reserve a time in about a minute at completeautotechcenter.com/book, or call the shop and we'll find a slot that works.

Book a diagnostic. We scan the codes, read live data, road-test it, and give you a written, fixed-price quote before any repair, the diagnostic fee comes off the bill when you approve the work.

Yes, and it's free. Drop your car off and we'll give you a ride home or to work, then pick you up when it's ready. We cover Fall River and the nearby towns we serve: Somerset, Swansea, Westport, Tiverton, Freetown, and Dartmouth. Just let us know when you book.

Pricing & payment

Always. We put the price in writing before we touch the car and separate what's urgent from what can wait. No surprise line items on the invoice.

We keep it fair and we'll go over the exact diagnostic fee with you when you come in. Whatever it is, it comes off your bill when you approve the repair, so you get a clear cause and a fixed-price quote, not a guess.

We take the standard payment methods, just bring your preferred card or payment when you pick up. If you have a question about paying, ask when you book and we'll walk you through it.

Warranty & guarantees

Yes. Every repair we do is backed by a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first. We're a family shop that's been in Fall River since 1990, and we stand behind our work.

Yes. Our technicians are ASE- and ADAS-certified, and we road-test repairs before you get the keys back. Two generations of the Penacho family have built the shop's name on doing it right the first time.

ADAS & advanced safety systems

ADAS stands for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems: the cameras, radar, and sensors that run features like lane-keep assist, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise, and blind-spot monitoring. Because they're safety systems, they have to be aimed and calibrated precisely. If they're off even slightly, they can react late or misread the road, which is why correct calibration matters.

It means they're trained and equipped to diagnose and recalibrate those driver-assistance systems to the manufacturer's specs, work that many independent shops can't do in-house. Paired with our ASE certification, it means newer vehicles loaded with safety tech are fully covered here instead of getting sent to the dealer.

Most often after a windshield replacement, a wheel alignment, suspension work, or bumper or collision repair, since any of those can shift the aim of a camera or radar. A driver-assistance warning light is another sign. If you're not sure, bring it in and we'll tell you whether yours needs recalibration.

Yes. Our scan tools cover domestic, European, and Asian makes, including hybrids, the same platforms the dealer uses, so we can diagnose and service the systems across today's vehicles.

What to bring & what to expect

Just bring your vehicle, your key, and any relevant service history you have on hand. That history helps our ASE-certified techs get up to speed quickly and pinpoint what your car needs.

We'll go over your concerns, diagnose the issue, and give you a written, fixed-price quote before any work begins. Nothing gets done until you approve it, so you're always in control.

Our sister company, All Day All Night Towing, offers 24/7 towing and can bring your vehicle straight to us. We also work alongside Mike's Auto Body for collision repairs.
