Brakes & Suspension

Pads, rotors, lines, struts, ball joints, and tie rods. The parts that decide whether your car stops straight and rides true. We show you the worn part before we replace it.

The work, in depth

What you’re actually paying for.

Brakes are the one system you never want to find out about the hard way. By the time most people hear the squeal, the pad is already into the rotor, turning a routine job into a bigger one.

We measure pad thickness, rotor condition, and the suspension every time the wheels come off, and we walk you out to the lift to show you what we found. You decide what gets done now and what can wait, with real measurements, not scare tactics.

Know the signs

Bring it in if you notice…

01

Squealing or grinding

A squeal is a warning; grinding means metal on metal. Come in now.

02

Pulsing brake pedal

A shudder when you stop usually means warped or uneven rotors.

03

Pulling when you brake

Drifting to one side as you stop can mean a sticking caliper or uneven pads.

04

Soft or sinking pedal

A pedal that goes to the floor can mean a fluid leak, so don't wait.

05

Clunks over bumps

Knocking from the front end often traces to worn suspension joints.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises.

01

Inspection & measurement

Wheels off, pads and rotors measured, suspension checked, all shown to you on the lift.

02

We quote the work

A written, fixed-price quote that separates what's urgent from what can wait.

03

Repair & road test

We do the work, then road-test to confirm it stops straight and rides quiet.

Straight pricing

No mystery on the invoice.

Brake jobs vary by vehicle and how far the wear has gone. We quote pads, rotors, and labor up front, and we never replace a part that still has safe life left in it.

What affects the price

  • Pads only vs. pads and rotors vs. full caliper service
  • Vehicle type, since performance and heavier vehicles use costlier components
  • Whether suspension parts are needed alongside the brakes

Common questions

Good to know.

Still not sure? Give us a call at (508) 730-2282 and we’ll talk it through.

Not always. We measure rotor thickness against spec. If there's safe life left and the surface is true, we'll reuse them and tell you so. We show you the measurement either way.

Always. We walk you out to the lift and show you the pad, rotor, or worn joint, with the measurement, before any work is approved.

Many pad-and-rotor jobs, yes, especially if you book ahead so we can stage the parts. We'll tell you up front if yours needs to stay longer.

Yes. We're ADAS-certified. Suspension work can shift the aim of the forward camera and radar that run lane-keep, automatic braking, and adaptive cruise, so those systems often need recalibration afterward, and we handle that in-house.
