Electrical gremlins are our favorite kind of puzzle. A dead battery, a flickering dash, a window that quit, we trace the fault through the system instead of throwing parts at it. You get a diagnosis first, then a fixed-price quote.

The work, in depth
Electrical faults are where guesswork gets expensive. A no-start could be the battery, the alternator, the starter, a ground, or a drain pulling the charge down overnight. Swap parts blind and you can replace three of them and still have the problem.
We trace it instead. We test the battery free, check what the charging system is actually doing, and follow the circuit until we find the fault for certain. Then you get a written quote before any work starts. Alternators, starters, power windows and locks, lighting, we trace it and repair it right.

Know the signs
The engine drags when you turn the key, like the battery is tired even after a drive.
It keeps going flat overnight or needs a jump to start. Could be the battery, the charging system, or a drain.
Headlights or dash lights that pulse, dim at idle, or brighten when you rev. Usually the charging system.
Battery or charging light glowing, or other warnings flickering in with no clear cause.
A fuse that keeps popping is a short somewhere in the circuit, not bad luck. We find it.
Windows, locks, or seats that stop working, on and off or for good. Often a switch, motor, or wiring fault.
How it works
Reserve a time online or by phone. We hold a bay so you're not waiting on the lot. Battery test is free.
We test the battery and charging system, follow the circuit to the real fault, then write a fixed-price quote.
Green-light the work and pick a repair date. The diagnostic fee comes off the bill if we do the repair.
Straight pricing
Battery testing is free, every visit. For anything deeper, the diagnostic fee covers the time it takes to trace the fault to its source instead of guessing at parts. Approve the repair and that fee comes straight off your bill. You always see a written quote before we start.

Either can leave you stranded, so we don't guess. We test the battery free, then check what the alternator is actually putting out while the engine runs. A battery starts the car, the alternator keeps it running and recharges, and we confirm which one is failing before you spend a dime.
Usually a parasitic drain, something staying powered after the car is off and pulling the battery down. It can be a stuck relay, a light that won't shut off, or a faulty module. We measure the draw and trace the circuit to find what's still drinking power.
Most often the charging system. If the lights dim at idle or pulse when you rev, the alternator may not be holding steady voltage. It can also be a loose ground or a tired battery. We test the whole charging system to pin down which it is.
We do. Our scan platforms cover domestic, European, and Asian makes, including hybrids, so we can trace electrical faults across the vehicle's network, not just the obvious circuits.
Yes. The cameras, radar, and sensors behind today's driver-assistance features are electrical systems, and we're ADAS-certified to diagnose, repair, and recalibrate them.
